We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to maintaining the security and confidentality of personal information collected on our web site - www.ginnyavison.co.uk.

For example, what computer operating system that you are using (Windows, Mac etc), what browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc), what screen resolution you are using (1,024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high etc), what ISP (Internet Service Provider) you are using, which web pages you looked at, how many web pages you looked at on average during a visit, how long you spent on our web site, which web site you went to (after viewing our web site) and so forth.

To collect this information, we use a web statistics tool called Google Analytics, which uses a web technology called cookies.

Why we collect your information

We collect your personal information to enable us to provide you with the best possible service.

We collect non-personal information on our web site to help us understand how you use our web site, to help determine if there are any technical problems, and to help us identify content or functionality areas that need improvement.

We use this information to help us provide better service in the event that you contact us again.

If you wish to view or update your information, where possible, you may do this online.

How to opt out

We respect our privacy and time.

If you wish to opt out - to stop receiving marketing emails from us - please use our Unsubscribe web page.

Your details will be instantly removed from our marketing database and you will stop receiving marketing emails from us.
